What do I need to start a website?

This is a common question asked so don't worry your not alone. Put simply this can be answered with three steps:
A good idea - This may seem a little daft but there's no point in setting up a website if you don't know what your going to do with it. It will also make step two much easier. A domain name - This is what your visitors will type in to find your website. The ever popular example would be google.com though we prefer the example Echost.org. Usually your domain name would be relevant to your good idea so that it is easy for your visitors to remember (such as your business name).
Hosting - Your amazing website will need to be saved somewhere that is accessible to your visitors at all times of the day. And with websites getting more advanced you may need a large amount of storage. Speed is also important as nobody likes waiting.
Though we did say there was only three aspects we cannot forget your website itself. Whether you have your website professionally made or use a website builder such as WordPress it will be worth the effort!
